Sifnos belongs to the Western Cyclades. It is located between Kimolos, Serifos, Paros and Milos. The island maintains the traditions and customs.
In most churches, it is held at least once a year festivals called “the banks of love”. If you are lucky enough to attend such an event, don’t forget to taste the traditional plates of the island. The paths of Sifnos are also an element worth of noticing, especially for those who love discovering the island with all their senses. The visitor can enjoy the variety of colors and smells of the local flora, while wandering between small chapels and ancient monuments.
The pictures que village of Ano Petali is between Apollonia and Artemonas. It is built on a small hill and this gives it the privilege of the unique view to the east. You can enjoy the magnificent view from the courtyard of St. John as well as from the terrace of your room.
The paved path will take you in just 5 minutes on foot to Apollonia with several shops, banks, pharmacies, bus stops and taxis.
